First Sergeant Antwann D. Rhodes was born in Memphis, Tennessee. He graduated from Raleigh Egypt High School, Memphis, Tennessee, and entered the United States Army on 04 January 1994. He completed Basic Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina and Advanced Individual Training with Company D, 58th Trans, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri in May 1994.First Sergeant Rhodes’s assignments include: Headquarters and Headquarters Company,307th Engineer Battalion 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina; 618th Engineer Company (LE), 307th Engineer Battalion, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina; 887th Engineer Company (LE), 326th Engineer Battalion, Fort Campbell, Kentucky; Charlie Company, 1-48 Infantry Battalion, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; Bravo Company 46th Engineer Combat Battalion(Heavy), Fort Rucker, Alabama; Bravo Company, 31st Engineer Battalion, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; United States Army Human Resources Command (HRC), Fort Knox, Kentucky.

First Sergeant Rhodes’s combat experience includes: Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. First sergeant Rhodes’s military education include: Primary Leadership Development Course, Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course (Sapper Spirt Award), Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course (Sapper Spirt Award),USASMA Battle Staff NCO Course, Combative Level 1, Drill Sergeant School, Airborne School, 101st Airborne Division Sabalauski Air Assault School, Enhanced Combat Life Saver Course, Defense Hazardous Materials/Waste Handling Course, Unit Alcohol and Drug Coordinator Course, Defense Reutilization and Marketing Systems Course, Defense Preparation of Freight for Air Shipment, Sling Master Course, Rappel Master Course, Combat Leaders Course, and Company Commander’s/First Sergeant’s Course. He has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration and a MBA Finance Degree from Columbia Southern University.

Cruz of Corpus Christi, Texas.  Together they have a beautiful daughter named Adalynn Danielle Rhodes and two handsome sons, Antwann DaShon Rhodes and Javiann Dewayne Rhodes.

Currently retired from twenty years of successful military service and now serving as a local REALTOR® in Pulaski County Missouri.  Past Vice President of Pulaski County Board of REALTORS® (2016), Past President of Pulaski County Board of REALTORS® (2017 and 2018), REALTOR® of the Year (2018), State Director for Missouri REALTORS® – Pulaski County (2019-2020), NAR Director (2022-Present).
