At Next Move Military, our goal is to ensure every service member that wants to buy or sell a home is supported by agents who understand the unique circumstances and processes military clientele encounter. 

As former military or military families, we know the challenges that active service members face when it comes to real estate: managing homes during deployments, navigating the VA home loan system, relocating to a temporary duty station, and transitioning to an everyday routine, among many others. Ultimately, we hope to educate both the real estate community and the general public on these unique issues facing current and former service members looking to buy or sell homes. 

Next Move Military will have a national scope but is primarily focused on the regions surrounding military bases – areas where many veterans and active personnel reside. These neighborhoods are many times neglected by major real estate brokerages and, prior to Next Move Military, did not have reliable real estate networks in place.
