My name is Janell Pledger with the Desert Heroes Team @ EXP Realty; born and raised in Colorado. I’m a proud military spouse and a mother of two beautiful girls. Thanks to our military lifestyle, I know all too well the struggles of relocating to an unfamiliar area with little notice.  Although our family has relocated several times,  our last PCS brought us to Phoenix, Arizona, in 2017. We now call this wonderful desert oasis our home. I went into real estate in 2020 with a desire to help military and civilian families alike understand the homebuying process.
