Kevin Richter and Richter Real Estate Group are a force to be reckoned with in Utah.  Kevin has consistently been one of the top agents in Utah and outperforms the competition by almost 4% when negotiating on behalf of his clients.  Kevin has earned numerous awards over his 21 years in real estate, 14 as a licensed Realtor.  He has personally invested in real estate across the country in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Missouri, California, Utah, and Montana, and he understands the fundamentals behind investing to ensure that he and his clients make good investments.  His main focus is providing excellent service, and educating his clients so that they can make the best decisions and investments for them and their families.

In addition to helping his clients to buy, sell, and invest in Real Estate, Kevin has coached and trained many other agents around the country on how to best serve their clients.   He also regularly masterminds with the top 1% of agents around the country, keeping him on the leading edge of technology, trends, and techniques to ensure his clients have a competitive advantage.

Prior to Real Estate, Kevin earned his degree in Materials Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, and worked as a business consultant for 10 years for many Fortune 500 companies, interacting with CEOs, CFOs, and investors.  That professional background has served him well in Real Estate as he quickly performs a needs analysis and then strives to exceed expectations for his luxury clients. 

Kevin loves all that the Salt Lake area has to offer, and he and his family enjoy mountain biking, snowboarding, rock climbing, golfing, and the many other activities available throughout the year.   He really enjoys sharing the exciting Utah life with all of his relocation clients who get to experience it for the first time.
