Real Estate has long been a passion of mine. In 2014 after 11 years as a licensed mortgage broker and short sale negotiator/Loss Mitigation Manager, I obtained my Realtor’s license and have been selling full time since. With over 20 years of experience, I have the expertise to serve my buyer and seller clients at a high level.

My family moved to Palm Harbor from Boston when I was in high school and I moved to Lakeland 20 years ago when my husband joined the LPD. I know the ins and outs of the west Central Florida market and can help with relocation issues because I’ve been there and done that. I love all aspects of real estate but a few favorites are handing the keys to a first time home buyer, staging and marketing a new listing and helping clients imagine the possibilities with renovations.

I am obsessed with home design ( thank you Joanna Gaines!) and innovative marketing for the best seller exposure, and for buyers I focus on out of the box ideas to find their dream home in an ever changing market. My clients are my first priority and I love helping them achieve their home ownership dreams.

When I am not working, I enjoying spending time with my husband and our rescued GSD, Rocky. Preferably out on the water or up in the Blue Ridge Mountains. My hobbies include snuggling up with a good book, drinking my favorite tea or a glass of wine, spending an afternoon doing a little antiquing or picking, and traveling as often as possible.
