Nekesha is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and has earned the bronze level in the New Jersey Circle of excellence award for 2022. She has enhanced her skills in pricing and marketing properties. She loves working with sellers, first time home buyers, healthcare workers, and is very passionate about working with veterans and military personnel while educating them on the home buying and selling process.

Nekesha moved to Clayton, NJ from Trinidad and Tobago in 1995. She served in the United States Army Reserves for 8 years. After earning her Respiratory Specialist certification at Fort Sam Houston Texas she has worked as a Respiratory Therapist since 2018. She now works part time as a therapist, and practices real estate full time working with both sellers and buyers. She loves running, reading non fiction books, and is a foodie that loves supporting local restaurants. She resides in Sicklerville NJ with her husband and 3 children. Nekesha has lived in South Jersey for many years and loves the hidden gems of small towns, parks and lakes.
