My grandfather, Mervyn Rylance, was an architect in Brisbane, Australia. My father, Peter Ross Rylance, was a builder and developer in Australia, Florida, Chicago and Minneapolis. I have grown up around building and selling real estate all my life.
My life goal is to earn enough money that I can start a charity that will help homeless Vetderan’s back into a permanent home.
From 1979 to 2020, I have worked in the entertainment business in various capacities. Business Management, Tour/Production Management, Bus/Truck Driver, Security, Catering and Artist Management were a few of the hats that I wore. I was fortunate to work with clients like Eric Clapton, The Rolling Stones, Luther Vandross, Prince, Motley Crue, Marc Anthony, The Strokes, David Gray, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Tracy Chapman, Basia, Kid Rock, Waylon Jennings, Restless Heart, Reba/Brooks & Dunn, Celine Dion, Gregg Allman, Breaking Benjamin, George Strait and WinterJam 2020. I have helped plan and produce Chet Fest, 40th Anniversaries of the Summer of Love (2007) West-Fest/40th Woodstock (2009) and the Sponsorship Coordinator for the 50th Summer of Love concert and events in Golden Gate Park, Polo Fields in San Francisco, October 2017.
I spent six years from 2005 to 2011 at Keller Williams Realty in Franklin, Tennessee as a REALTOR selling/listing both commercial and residential real estate. I earned my ABR designation as well as e-Pro.
At the same time I worked nights at The Ryman Auditorium as a backstage security officer.
In December of 2009 I became the caregiver for my wife Kathleen Manion-Rylance who suffered a massive stroke and was paralyzed from the neck down on her left side. Kathleen Marie Manion-Rylance Died on 11/18/17.
Being a Caregiver for your spouse is the hardest job one can do.
I worked over seven years without taking a day off! I can handle stress, long hours, bad food and horrible sleeping conditions; Real Estate requires many of these same qualities!
I am now a full time REALTOR with Keller Williams Realty aka KW ADVISORS Santa Monica CA market center with my partner Ms. Stephanie Perom of Perom International. I am active in the Sports + Entertainment Group and now Next Move Military.
I am available for my clients 24/7/365 and will go out of my way to help market, price or buy any available real estate, with passion and a smile!
