Samuel Vaden is a second-generation real estate professional with a decade’s worth of experience in commercial investment sales and leasing. He specializes in multifamily properties, hospitality/retail concepts, mixed-use developments, and single-tenant industrial warehouses. In addition to commercial brokerage services, Samuel brings a decade of capital markets experience, assisting clients in successfully obtaining debt financing and/or securing equity partners for acquisition, refinance and/or construction purposes. 

His real estate career began by representing foreign investors and family offices throughout Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, helping them deploy capital towards mixed-use development deals, multifamily properties, and single-tenant industrial warehouses. Soon thereafter, Samuel started advising both landlords and tenants on exclusive retail and industrial lease assignments and expanded his investment sales services into the surrounding “micro-neighborhoods” of Brickell, Midtown, Design District, and Miami’s Upper East Side. Eventually, he made his way across the causeway into North Miami Beach, Surfside, and Normandy Isles where he, year over year, increased his clients’ multifamily investment portfolios.

Samuel is also licensed in the State of California, having closed similar commercial sales and lease transactions throughout the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County metros. His two-coast presence increases marketing exposure for his clients’ listings, as well as allows Samuel to better identify and facilitate an increased number of off-market investments on behalf of his investors. Samuel has a knack for sourcing, securing and facilitating off-market investment opportunities anywhere in the continental United States and has attorneys/business advisors all ready to transact in all 50 states. Furthermore, he has developed strategic partnerships globally to ensure his clients have access to investment opportunities outside of the United States as well.

His philanthropic passions include Project HEAL, The Body Positive, Street Poets Inc., and Wounded Warrior Project. Samuel earned his MBA degree from American University in Washington D.C., with a dual-focus in Real Estate Finance and Integrated Marketing Communications. He is a veteran (Honorable Discharge), has traveled to 6 of the 7 continents, and was a former chef during college to pay his tuition.
