Tina Roe is the Co-Owner and Co-Team Lead of the Beginnings KC Real Estate Team.  She is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and was Team Captain of the NCAA Division I Women’s Gymnastics Team.  Additionally, she holds a Master’s Degree in Procurement and Acquisition Management.  She brings years of experience as an Air Force Veteran and civilian construction project manager in residential, commercial and government arenas to her real estate career.  

Tina spent 10 years as an Officer in the United States Air Force in logistics and contracting management.  Tina negotiated the first $100M Multiple Award Construction Contract while at Nellis Air Force Base.  She is a skilled planner and negotiator.  Her unique skill set propelled her to directing and managing the logistics of opening over $12 Billion worth of resorts in Las Vegas.  She led the opening of Wynn Las Vegas, Wynn Encore, MGM City Center to include Aria, Vdara, the Mandarin Oriental, and the Cosmopolitan.  She worked with construction managers, interior designers, commercial installers, purchasing and warehousing managers, and Executives to ensure on-time openings at each of those resorts.  

Tina has been credited with being the “calm in the chaos” and loves to bring that aspect to her clients.  With over 10 years in real estate, she holds the KC Five Star Real Estate Award for her professionalism and exemplary customer service as well as several RE/MAX awards.  She handles the Kansas City Metro area and is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri.  

She is married to Tony “Crack” Roe, an A-10 Thunderbolt (Warthog) pilot and commercial pilot.  She loves to support her two daughters who earned scholarships to play women’s lacrosse in college.
